We are hiring a Drawing Operator II to join our manufacturing production team in El Paso, TX. This role is ideal for dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience operating industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret production orders and equipment instrumentation
• Operate and monitor moderately complex manufacturing machinery
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain strong attendance and reliability

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and comprehend production documentation (English required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Consistent attendance record

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to stand for a full shift
• Frequent walking, bending, climbing, and pushing
• Push/pull 50–120 lbs regularly
• Reel rolling and setup requiring up to 140 lbs of force
• Willingness to work day or night shift in a continuous 7-day schedule
