As a Dream Installer you will be responsible for installing high-quality, custom garage solutions, including cabinets, flooring, wall systems, and storage units. Your role is to turn a client's vision of their garage space into reality by ensuring precise installation and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work with various tools and materials, following design plans and safety standards to complete each project with efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Coat concrete floors in garages, basements and outdoor areas

In addition to concrete coating, installers also put up new cabinets, shelving, workbenches, slatwall, overhead storage, garage vacuums and more

Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a perfect fit within the designated space

Prepare garage areas by cleaning and organizing spaces to accommodate new installations

Communicate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the installation and address any concerns

Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or challenges that may arise during the project

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all tools and materials are store properly after each job

Complete installations on time maintaining standards of skillfulness

Qualifications:

Previous experience with concrete, carpentry, or construction

Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and be able to drive a small box truck

Proficiency in English is required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and move heavy equipment and materials

Ability to work in various positions, including standing, bending, and kneeling

Compensation: $22.50 per hour
