This role involves operating an ice cream truck, creating and driving a designated route, selling ice cream, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, responsible, and sales-oriented, with a passion for providing excellent service.

📊 Sales & Performance
Daily Revenue Goal: Meet or exceed a minimum daily sales target.
Upselling: Boost average order value by promoting combos or premium items.
Commission & Bonuses: Earn 20% commission on sales, with opportunities for additional bonuses.
🎯 Customer Satisfaction & Engagement
Customer Feedback: Maintain a minimum 4.5/5 rating from reviews and surveys.
Repeat Customers: Increase repeat business through excellent service.
Social Media Promotion: Encourage customer interactions and boost the company’s social media presence.
Customer Interaction:
- Stay positive, empathetic, and professional in all customer interactions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues to the office when necessary.
- Keep detailed notes on customer comments and complaints, sharing feedback with management for continuous improvement.
🚚 Operational Efficiency & Safety
Truck Cleanliness & Maintenance: Ensure the truck is clean, fully stocked, and passes 100% of internal audits.
Route Adherence: Follow the assigned route efficiently and stay on schedule.
Safety Compliance:
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
- Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or incidents immediately.
- Ensure no food safety violations or expired products are sold.
🎓 Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
License: Valid Texas driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds comfortably.
- Stamina to work in Houston’s summer heat.
Skills & Traits:
- Friendly, outgoing, and strong sales/customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a mobile POS system.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently.
Availability: Flexible schedule with availability during evenings and weekends, when demand is highest.
