We’re offering a fantastic chance for drivers who value consistency, competitive pay, and predictable schedules. Our Midwest Regional route features 100% no-touch freight, weekly 34-hour resets, and late-model equipment, all designed to keep you moving and well-supported.

Position Overview

- Home Time: Enjoy weekly 34-hour resets
- Regional Freight: Focused on Midwest lanes for steady miles and routes
- Average Weekly Miles: Around 2,000 (depending on hours of service and availability)
- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,200 gross
- Length of Haul: Average of 300 miles
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight (50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload)

Equipment & Support

- Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths
- 24/7 operation support, day or night

Vacation Time

- 1 year = 1 week
- 3 years = 2 weeks
- 7 years = 3 weeks
- 15 years = 4 weeks

Pay & Bonuses

- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load + $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated)
- Performance Bonus: Up to +3 CPM based on safety, miles, and productivity (starts the first of the month after hire)

Qualifications

- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations or preventable accidents in the past 12 months)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Ability to manage time and routes effectively
- Committed to safety and DOT compliance
