  You’ll run about 2,000 miles a week, mostly around the Southwest region.

  Average length of haul: 300 miles.

  Pay averages $1,200 gross per week, depending on your availability and hours.

  Hauling 100% no-touch freight, around 50-60% drop & hook, rest are live unloads.

  Enjoy a 34-hour reset at home weekly (great for recharging).

  You’ll drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths, clean, reliable, and comfortable.

  1 year = 1 week paid time off

  3 years = 2 weeks

  7 years = 3 weeks

  Detention pay: $12.50/hour after the first two hours

  Layover/Breakdown pay: $100/day

  Performance Bonus: Up to 3¢ more per mile based on safety, miles, and productivity (starts 1st of the month after hire)

To qualify for the bonus, you need to be an active driver at payout time. Bonus programs can change with notice, and this doesn’t change the at-will employment status.
