Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all drive-thru positions during the shift (order taking, window, runner, expeditor).
- Ensure speed of service goals are met while maintaining accuracy and hospitality.
- Coach team members in real time on order accuracy, positioning, urgency, and guest connection.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership to manage flow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Anticipate rushes and proactively adjust positioning and staffing.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain drive-thru cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Model a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and Chick-fil-A core values.

Availability:
- Open availability on Saturdays is required (May have one Saturday off per month)
- Must be available minimum 30+ hours/week,
- Must be available to Open 4 days a week or available to close 4 nights a week.
