The Drive-Thru Lead is responsible for leading the drive-thru operation by setting the pace, coaching team members, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This role focuses on speed of service, order accuracy, clear communication, and team morale while modeling Chick-fil-A hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all drive-thru positions during the shift (order taking, window, runner, expeditor).  
• Ensure speed of service goals are met while maintaining accuracy and hospitality.
• Coach team members in real time on order accuracy, positioning, urgency, and guest connection.  
• Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership to manage flow and resolve bottlenecks.  
• Anticipate rushes and proactively adjust positioning and staffing.  
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.  
• Maintain drive-thru cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.  
• Model a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and Chick-fil-A core values.

Availability:

• Open availability on Saturdays is required (May have one Saturday off per month)
• Must be available minimum 30+ hours/week,
• Must be available to Open 4 days a week or available to close 4 nights a week.
