Driver

Position Summary:

Talent Source is hiring a Temporary Driver to support operations by transporting materials and/or personnel between company facilities and various yard locations. This short-term assignment will last approximately two months and requires a dependable professional who can safely operate a company vehicle while representing the client in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle between designated facilities and yard locations.

• Transport materials, equipment, or personnel as directed.

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding routes and schedules.

• Represent the company in a professional and safety-focused manner at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.

• Clean driving record.

• Reliable attendance and strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to follow directions and adhere to schedules.

• DBIDS required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous professional driving experience.

• Experience working in industrial, construction, or yard environments.

• Familiarity with transporting materials between job sites.

Schedule, Duration & Compensation Details:

• Temporary assignment (approximately 2 months).

• Schedule to be determined based on operational needs.

• $20.00 per hour.

• On-site role (driving between local facilities and yard locations).
