Job Title: Senior Community Driver

Job Location: Delray Beach, FL

Job Summary: This position will assist with activities of daily living

Grand Villa of Delray Beach is seeking a reliable and compassionate driver to transport seniors of our community. The driver will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our residents to various appointments and activities. This position would be working four days a week, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

- Safely transport seniors to appointments and activities

- Assist residents with getting in and out of the vehicle

- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents and staff

- Report any incidents or accidents to management immediately

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with seniors

- Knowledge of the Delray Beach area

- First Aid and CPR certification
