What You’ll Do

• Ride along with our Donation Services Drivers to pick up donations from homes, businesses, and community events.


• Represent Goodwill with professionalism and kindness — greet donors, provide receipts, and handle all donations with care.


• Sort, pack, and load items to protect the quality of donations.


• Assist with navigation, safety checks, and communication while on the road.


• Accurately track pickups and assist with daily reporting.


• Help out at occasional Saturday community and fundraising drives.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (or 5+ years of related experience as a mover).


• 3 years of clean driving history.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs consistently.


• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.


• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.


• Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
