We are currently looking for a compassionate individual who is passionate about assisting seniors in their daily lives to join our team at Grand Villa of Sarasota. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing essential support and care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Drive seniors to various appointments, engagements, and other needs in a safe and timely manner

- Assist seniors in the dining room by taking orders, delivering meals, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience

- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Prior experience working with seniors is a plus

- Ability to work full-time hours
