Driver Helper No Experience Needed | Starting at $18/hr

JCW Services LLC is looking for reliable Delivery Driver Helpers to assist our drivers with delivering packages to customers. This is a full-time OR part-time Helper position with JCW Services LLC (the “Company”) delivering packages for a national technology company!

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to detail, can quickly solve problems across a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $18.00/hr (paid weekly) 
• 9:25 AM–7:30 PM (10-hour shifts are typical)
• 2–4-day workweek
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Delivery Driver Helper Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading packages
• Work 2-4 days per week with shifts up to 10 hours
• Deliver products up to 50 lbs. to customers in a safe and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with drivers and other team members
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper frequently; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use a smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must hold an unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to work as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
