Driver Junk Removal Team Member Wanted (Malden)
Compensation: $20-$25 an hour employment type: full-time

We are seeking to hire people for our Junk Removal team with the following qualifications:
The best team Members have a desire to help people and understands that happy customers turn into referrals to their friends and families. This means doing the little things that separate us from the competition.
Teamwork is key! Hard work is obvious.

• Work in a team performing House Cleanouts and Junk removal services


• Must want to provide outstanding customer service


• Always be thinking of job and extra work opportunities


• Must work well with limited supervision Can lift 75-100 lbs, usually daily


• Work at a fast paced speed with care for customer property


• Saturday work required, just not every week


• Have your own transportation to and from the shop in malden


• MUST be able to arrive at the shop at 5:45 to start at 6:00AM Monday- Friday


• Be aware of safety at all times.


• Be honest and reliable

Compensation- Hourly rate starts between $ 20-$25/ hour Salary increase is offered periodically based on merit. We are growing a company and there is potential for fast advancement for the right individuals who are experienced, display leadership qualities and desire to make customers happy!
Screening requirements:

• Truck Driving Experience minimum 2 Years


• Construction Laborer Experience Minimum 2 Years


• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test


• Be well groomed


• Provide solid references

• Required education:High school or equivalent


• Required experience:physical labor - demolition, trash removal, construction, moving, warehouse etc:2 year
