Truck Team Member / Customer Service / Labor

Location: Oahu - office in Honolulu
Pay: Up to $25/hour inclusive of Profit Share + Tips
Schedule: Full Time or Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude
• Sales: Up-selling and identifying sales opportunities
• Truck Operations: Safe operation of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks
• Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard and garage junk)
• Marketing: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter - from Guerrilla Marketing to promotions and sales
• Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional Navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers belongings

You must:

• Love getting paid to workout. Be able to lift 50+lbs repeatedly.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible to receive your DOT certification (paid for by us!)
• A reasonably clean driving record for the last 3 years
• 21+ (required for insurance)
• No experience necessary! Customer service or sales experience considered an asset

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
