Lead the Way in Night Operations

Are you a night owl or looking for flexibility during the day? Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking a Driver Leader to oversee our extended operations team during evening hours. This role is essential to ensuring our drivers are supported, safe, and successful throughout their overnight routes.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise nightly transportation operations and ensure drivers stay on schedule
• Monitor performance, safety compliance, and customer service standards
• Support drivers with route planning, issue resolution, and coaching
• Collaborate across departments to meet operational goals
• Maintain accurate records and track KPIs like delivery times and fuel efficiency

What You Bring

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
• 1–3 years in transportation, logistics, or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and route optimization tools
