📌 What You’ll Do:

Manage a fleet of drivers and ensure timely loading and delivery of freight

Maximize driver productivity and fleet efficiency

Monitor and ensure DOT compliance and safety standards

Resolve pickup/delivery issues quickly and professionally

Build relationships with drivers and internal/external customers

Collaborate across departments to solve problems and improve operations

Assist in developing procedures to support and align the driver workforce

🛠️ What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in freight operations or fleet/driver management

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and people skills

Familiarity with DOT/OSHA regulations (a plus!)

Willingness to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays if needed)

Most importantly: eagerness to learn, grow, and support your team!
