Position Highlights

• Residential Deliveries: You’ll perform local curbside deliveries according to specified schedules and routes. Operating a 26' non-CDL box truck with a lift gate, you’ll ensure safe, timely deliveries, providing excellent service and communication to residential customers.


• Dock-to-Dock Driving: Our reliable scheduling offers consistent, steady hours with occasional regional deliveries with overnight stays and per diem opportunities clearly communicated in advance.


• Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 6 am - 5 pm (hours may vary based on delivery routes)

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Competitive Weekly Rates: Drivers averaging $800 / week (Pre-tax, benefits)


• Base Pay: $15 / hour


• Incentive Pay: $2 / stop for residential curbside deliveries


• Weekly Pay: Steady freight to keep you moving and earning every week.


• Per diem on eligible deliveries

Qualifications

• License: Valid driver’s license required.


• Experience: 3-5 years of 26’ straight truck driving experience preferred (we value experienced drivers).


• Record: Clean MVR and strong safety record, with a professional attitude on the job.


• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated – you take pride in delivering on time safely.


• Age: Minimum age of 21


• DOT Medical certificate (or willingness to obtain one upon hire)


• Must be willing and able to pass pre-employment screenings


• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 75 lbs
