Job Title: Per Diem Driver

Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable per diem drivers to join our team. This position is responsible for transporting patients, visitors, staff, board members, and materials to and from the Center on an as-needed basis. The role requires availability on weekends and evenings as needed. Trips may include destinations within Berkshire County, as well as to Boston, New York, or Vermont.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers and materials to designated locations.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle.
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures for all scheduled trips.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional boundaries with passengers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding transportation needs.

• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• Experience transporting passengers is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Ability to accept driving assignments on short notice.
