Loudon County Trucking was founded in 1996 with three units and a base of operations in Knoxville, TN. LCT is an award-winning trucking company respected in the trucking industry as specialists hauling aluminum and steel products.

Loudon County Trucking, now a PS Logistics Company, has 3 locations, with its headquarters in Loudon, TN. Our customer base has steadily grown and we now deliver nationwide and Canada. We specialize in the aluminum industry hauling coils, ingots, and molten aluminum. We also haul building materials, lumber and steel products.

• Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
• Cold call and respond to calls quickly
• Pre-screen potential applicants
• Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
• Schedule driver orientations and training
• Run reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative duties
• Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads

• Knowledge of MVR and DAC reports
• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety preferred.
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Previous work experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and have a great interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be flexible to train in additional operations capacities, including Driver Management and Load Planning.
• A strong sense of urgency to take care of the needs of operations.
• A desire to build lasting relationships with customers and develop relationships with our Drivers.
