We’re hiring a Driver Recruiter to play a key role in the engine of our business: recruiting independent contractor drivers who help us deliver on our promise. You'll be at the center of our 24/7/365 operation—building relationships, maintaining a pipeline of qualified drivers, and ensuring we always have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively source, contact, and screen prospective drivers


• Build and maintain a robust pipeline based on vehicle type, location, and route availability


• Collaborate closely with operations to match staffing needs with strategic hiring


• Represent Excel Courier’s values with professionalism, urgency, and care

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience recruiting independent contractor drivers in a transportation/logistics setting


• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills


• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in an office-based, purpose-driven culture

Important Details:

• This role is 100% in-office and cannot be performed remotely or in hybrid format


• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required


• We participate in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility
