Job Description - Driver Shift Leader

Must have moving experience
Become a Driver Shift Leader with All My Sons Moving & Storage and hit the road with our awesome team!
We're hiring Driver Shift Leaders who are ready to make some serious cash and have a blast doing it. 

As a Driver Shift Leader, you'll enjoy:
  • Weekly pay ($20-$25 per hour, based on experience)
  • Daily tips ($20-$150 per day)
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Health insurance eligibility (after 1 year and 1500 hours)
  • 401k eligibility (after 90 days)
  • Brand-new, automatic 26-foot box trucks
  • State-of-the-art tablets for electronic paperwork
Requirements:
  • 21+ years old
  • +1 Year Moving experience needed
  • No special license required
  • Ability to move furniture and lift at least 75 lbs
  • Ability to climb stairs daily
Responsibilities: 
  • Dispatching of crews
  • Ensuring drivers log into ELD system
  • Inspection trucks
  • Training new drivers/movers on the job
