Driver/ Vehicle Operator

We’re looking for sharp, reliable Vehicle Operators to be on the front lines of autonomous driving technology. You’ll be behind the wheel of innovation—literally—collecting mission-critical data that helps engineers refine next-gen mobility systems.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Operate advanced test vehicles on set routes, driving up to 8 hours daily while maintaining the highest safety standards.
🔹 Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure readiness and functionality before each shift.
🔹 Run basic software systems that collect and transmit real-time driving data.
🔹 Record detailed notes on anomalies, performance issues, and environmental factors.
🔹 Work closely with engineers to provide feedback that improves driving system performance.
🔹 Help manage logistics including vehicle scheduling, storage, and maintenance coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Solid driving experience and a clean driving record

✅ Able to drive comfortably for extended periods (4–8 hours/day)

✅ No DUIs, moving violations in the past 12 months, or criminal background

✅ Quick thinker with strong observational skills

✅ Clear communicator (both written and verbal)

✅ Reliable, focused, and able to follow precise safety protocols

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: M-F, AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | PM Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (EST)
