Full/Part-Time Driver/Dental Lab Technician Wanted

Are you an experienced driver with a knack for organization? Reliable Dental Lab is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Driver/Dental Lab Technician to join our team in Las Vegas. This position involves working up to 3 days per week (preferably Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) with 8-hour shifts.

As a Driver/Dental Lab Technician at Reliable Dental Lab, you will be responsible for transporting dental cases between locations and handling various tasks related to cleaning, preparing for shipping, and managing confidential information. Your role is crucial to the smooth operation and financial success of Reliable Dental Laboratory.

• Daily Driving: Transport dental cases to and from assigned locations, ensuring the safe and secure handling of all items.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Maintain a clean workspace and perform daily upkeep, including cleaning denture pans and preparing shipments.
• Documentation: Shred confidential documents, including HIPAA-related paperwork, and handle case notes and warranties.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, addressing any issues promptly.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum one year of driving experience, preferably in the dental, medical, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in using personal devices; experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix Enterprise) is a plus.
• License & Insurance: Valid State Driver’s License, car registration, and proof of insurance ($100K/$300K/$100K limits). Must pass an annual MVR check.

• Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and drive with caution, avoiding distractions such as phone calls or texting.
• Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Independence: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene. Dependable and reliable team player.

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Manual dexterity and coordination for tasks like keyboard use.
• Ability to handle interruptions and time pressures in a mixed indoor and driving environment.

• Schedule: Regular attendance required, with a flexible schedule based on business needs. Potential for overtime with Supervisor approval.
• Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
• Safety: This is a safety-sensitive position. The use of protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
