What You'll Do As Driver/Laborer:

• Drive company truck and trailer to job sites, supply yards, and material pick-ups
• Load, transport, & unload tools, supplies, and construction materials
• Assist with demolition, site prep, cleanup, and other general labor tasks
• Support masonry crews by mixing mortar, staging materials, and moving blocks or bricks
• Climb ladders and assist with roofing tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all safety procedures
• Work full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

Our Ideal Driver/Laborer:

• Experienced: Prior construction or masonry experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training to the right entry-level candidates who are eager to learn a skilled trade.
• Willing to Learn: Open to instruction and ready to build fundamental skills in construction and masonry.

• Active: Able to lift 60–75 lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Must have basic hand tools.
