Weekend Rotation: One team on-call, one team on stand-by, one team off-duty

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Driver/Laborer to join a specialized industrial cleanup crew in Tulsa. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that combines driving duties with cleanup work, including spill response and site remediation. The Driver/Laborer position is safety-sensitive and requires a 10-panel drug screen. Background checks are conducted, but the employer is open-minded and has hired individuals directly from incarceration.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class A or B CDL vehicles to transport equipment and materials.
• Perform industrial cleanup duties including spill response, biohazard cleanup, and site remediation.
• Assist with equipment setup, pit cleaning, and facility maintenance.
• Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
• Respond to after-hours calls when assigned to on-call or stand-by weekend teams.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and team leads.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL (Class A preferred).
• Must own steel-toe boots (uniforms and radios provided).
• Willing to sign payroll deduction form for lost radios or respirators.
• Able to work long hours in physically demanding conditions.
• Must live within 40 minutes of Tulsa for rapid response.
• Reliable transportation and strong punctuality required.
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Self-starter who isn’t afraid to ask questions or get dirty.
