OUR INDUSTRY LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE
·Make up to $28 an hour in the foreman/driver position!! Come lead a team and create great customer experiences, the better you are the more you make in our BONUS PROGRAM! (Hourly + Performance Bonus)
- Make up to $22 an hour in the mover/helper position!! Come learn customer service skills, training programs for truck driving, and bonus incentives for getting positive customer reviews! (Hourly + TIPS!!)
·Tips: average $800 to $1000+ per month (approximately $5 to $8 an hour or more)
·Performance Incentive Pay - Incentive Pay Plan - the better you perform, the more you make! Additional bonuses for positive reviews/customer referrals, Driver bonuses,
·Employee Referral Bonuses!! Work with your friends! $200 referral bonus when referred mover completes 15 moves!
·W4 employee (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt
ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
·In order to be insured as a driver, you must be 21 years of age or older(18 years of age for movers/helpers) and have at least two years driving experience.
·Must be able to pass a background check
·Excellent customer service skills, a drive to learn, and a motivation to help people
·Must be able to work at least 3 days a week.
·Having your own reliable means of transportation is a plus. Our offices are walking distance from MARTA train station.

Requirements for Driver Position
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License - CDL A or B preferred, but not required
- Have no more than 3 points on a motor vehicle report (within the past 2 years)
- No suspensions in the past 12 months. No more than 1 within the past 3 years
- No more than 1 at-fault accident within the past 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Moving experience preferred
- Weekend availability is a must
