At Chick-fil-A Eau Claire, we are developing a Drive-Thru specialty team who can help us become the #1 Drive-Thru in Wisconsin. Whether taking orders outside, assembling food and beverage orders, or delivering meals to guests, we are looking for individuals that set their own pace, love to win, and want to serve others. You will be working alongside the owner and his leadership team to serve over 100 guests per hour during our peak hours. Our goal is to increase that number to 200+ in the next year!
With a generous meal policy ($12 to spend on every shift, no matter how long), flexible scheduling, competitive pay (starting at $16 and up for full-time) and paid, intentional training, this is a great opportunity for someone launching their career, looking for their next step, or looking for a change of pace.
