Driving Range Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the venue in the safe, daily operations of the range.
• Pick the range, including sweeping or raking the net areas inside and outside net.
• Safely and efficiently drive the ball cart while picking the range,
• Maintain the cleanliness of all ball rooms throughout the shift. Refill the ball washer weekly.
• Fills all ball containers as needed.
• Wipe down to sanitize, inspect and organize clubs in the suites in the correct order.
• Removing damaged clubs, report inventory of club repair and replacement needs.
• Monitor and replace tees in the correct position in the suites.
• Repair the nets as needed.
• Assist with maintenance when/where needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the suites, including wiping down the touch screens, millwork, bag stands, ball holders and game related furniture.

• Availability during the holidays is REQUIRED(we are closed Easter day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas eve day and Christmas day)!
• Clean driving record
• Perform a variety range and suite cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
• Display energy and enthusiasm
• Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on and as a team
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including maneuvering up and down stairs
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stoop and bend
