- Assembling, preflighting, launching, and recovering unmanned aircraft in order to test and optimize operational systems.
- Maintaining the existing fleet of aircraft and ground equipment, as well as maintaining new systems we are building for function-specific flight tests.
- Running tests to validate system improvements, new technology for performance and design validation, and new processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years flying Drones.
- part 107 license is a requirement
- mechanically inclined: Will do minor repair work on drones.
- Hand tool experience
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
- Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Must have manual flight experience. FPV(first person view). Has to have extensive experience with manual flight.
- *must be comfortable working outdoors as 90% of time will be in an outdoor enivornment
