Complete all required safety training and ensure all work follows strict safety policies. Partner with Process Engineering, Operations, and IE teams to develop and execute strategic plans for area improvements. Analyze data to determine cost reduction activities and drive continuous improvements. Lead projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, schedule, and budget. Demonstrated skill in guiding a technical team to achieve area and department objectives. Strong understanding of process flow related to area equipment. Advanced PC skills, including MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrated experience in conveying complex technical information clearly. A.A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology or similar background, accompanied by 5+ years of experience as a Dry Etch Equipment Owner. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or comparable experience, accompanied by over 7 years of experience as a Dry Etch Equipment Owner. Previous direct leadership experience. Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in guiding team members. Advanced understanding of the Fab process areas, including Dry Etch processing equipment. Proven track record in project management and multi-tasking complex projects.
