We seek a dedicated Dry Eye Coordinator to lead this exceptional practice's Dry Eye Program. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. The coordinator will enhance patient care and optimize program effectiveness while driving growth.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop strategies for program growth and patient engagement.
• Deliver exceptional clinical support by educating patients on dry eye conditions and treatment options.
• Assist in the management of treatment plans.
• Integrate the latest diagnostic tools and technologies to monitor patient outcomes and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, in collaboration with the marketing team, to raise awareness of the Dry Eye Program.
• Manage and organize dry eye product inventory to enhance treatment efficacy and boost sales.
• Collaborate with various teams and leadership to provide updates on program progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of healthcare and/or aesthetics experience
• Previous experience working as an aesthetician is highly desirable
• Strong commitment to patient care and excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
