Desired Skillsets/Job Responsibilities

• Manage, direct and oversee workers and small crews.


• Maintain a high level of productivity, quality & safety.


• Coordinate jobsite logistics and work scopes.


• Maintain relationships with other trades and the main project team.


• Procure and track materials to be installed.


• Layout reference lines and points, compute position of framing and furring channels, and mark position.


• Install grid system for installation of ceiling gypsum panels.


• Proficient with all mechanical tools to install light gauge metal studs, track, shaft wall systems, and hang wallboard and/or install acoustical tile ceiling systems

Candidates should have the following:

•  Four years of related construction experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Dependable to be at work and on time, and have a reliable means of transportation throughout Northeast Florida.
