Drywall Project Manager & Estimator - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial drywall and metal framing projects from preconstruction through completion in Waukesha, WI. This full-time role combines estimating, project coordination, and field management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

As a Drywall Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects in the Waukesha area, preparing accurate estimates, coordinating field supervisors and subcontractors, and maintaining communication with general contractors and internal teams. This position is ideal for a professional with strong construction knowledge, estimating experience, and a focus on efficiency and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial drywall and metal framing projects from bid award to project completion in Waukesha, WI
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for drywall and framing scopes
• Coordinate field supervisors, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure smooth operations
• Track project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation for Waukesha projects
• Communicate regularly with general contractors, clients, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency across projects

• Proven experience in commercial drywall and/or metal framing construction
• Strong estimating, cost control, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Solid understanding of commercial construction workflows, schedules, and field operations

• Annual salary: $75,000 – $115,500, based on experience and qualifications
