Drywall Project Manager / Estimator

We’re hiring a Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial drywall projects from bid through closeout. This role combines estimating accuracy with hands-on project coordination and field oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Manage drywall project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors end to end
• Prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, and total project costs
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
• Review plans and drawings to identify scope gaps and risks
• Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship on all jobs

• Experience managing and estimating commercial drywall projects
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused communication
