Key Responsibilities: Arrive at the branch by 7:00 AM , check in with the General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM) , and receive daily repair assignments through Skedulo . Review repair tickets and gather necessary materials for the day's work. Coordinate with warehouse personnel and GM/AGM for material pulls or special orders if needed. Complete only assigned repairs. For additional requests, consult the GM/AGM for approval. Contact builders 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to arriving at the job site and check in with them upon arrival to locate repair areas. Document all repairs by taking 4 photos before , 4 during , and 4 after the repair process. Ensure thorough inspection of the area to verify quality completion. For leak-related repairs, cut out damaged drywall to inspect the root cause, take photos/videos of the issue, and document the completed repair thoroughly. Maintain detailed notes on each repair ticket to ensure accurate records of work performed. Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times. Qualifications: Proven experience in drywall installation, repair, and finishing. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site issues. Physical capability to perform the job, including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
