Location: Red Oak, TX (On-Site – servicing Dallas County & Ellis County)
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

The Patch Boys of East and South Dallas is looking to add a full-time, multi-skilled Drywall Repair Technician to our growing team. We are a well-established drywall repair company with an A rating with the BBB and 50+ five-star reviews across multiple platforms.

If you’re an experienced drywall pro who can confidently handle patching, finishing, texture matching, and painting, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Hang, install, patch, repair, and finish drywall
• Match existing textures (must-have skill)
• Perform painting and final touch-ups for a clean finish
• Load/unload tools and materials and travel to job sites
• Provide excellent customer service on every job
• Maintain consistent quality, reliability, and professionalism

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in drywall hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing (including texture matching and painting)
• Must have your own hand tools, power tools, and drywall equipment
• Reliable truck or van capable of transporting tools and materials + clean driving record
• Comfortable with pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Must be available Monday through Friday, with optional Saturdays
• Comfortable traveling up to 40 miles for jobs
• Must be fluent in English
