We are looking for Experienced Drywall Technicians to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team!

Essential Job Duties:

1. Perform taping, sanding, and mudding to achieve smooth and seamless finishes on drywall surfaces.

2. Repair and patch damaged areas on drywall.

3. Apply texture and other decorative finishes to walls and ceilings as required.

4. Paint as necessary to provide proper coverage.

5. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

6. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate workflow and ensure project timelines are met.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage and handling of tools and materials.

8. Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, expenditures, make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc.

9. Maintain knowledge of inventory levels of parts and supplies and inform supervisor of shortages.

10. Maintain organization and safety of maintenance shop.

11. Present professional appearance.

12. Maintain key control as per company/property policy.

13. Maintain cleanliness of uniform (if applicable) wear badge (if applicable) and present professional appearance.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of one (5) year prior experience preferred or applicable technical school graduate.

2. Must possess own hand tools.

3. Pass background and drug screenings.

4. Must be able to speak, read, and write English

5. Must have reliable transportation as necessary to safely and effectively carry out the responsibilities listed above

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $21-$23 Per Hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 8AM – 5PM
• May need to work overtime
