In 2018, we expanded our impact with Residential Habilitation (Supported Living) services, helping clients thrive in their homes and communities.

What You’ll Do:
As a Direct Care Professional, you’ll support high-functioning clients with daily living skills, offering both independence and encouragement. Your days might include:
- Helping with budgeting and managing routines
- Cooking and meal prep
- Assisting with medications
- Maintaining a clean and safe home
- Modeling healthy choices and decision-making
- Going on fun outings—shopping, movies, bowling, you name it!
What You’ll Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A clean background check
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance (we reimburse mileage!)
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (we’ll help with that!)
- A kind heart, a sense of humor, and the ability to handle occasional challenges with grace

Meridian: Swing Shift 2 pm-10 pm, Weekend: Day, Swing & Overnights
Nampa: Weekends: Day, Swing & Overnights
Swing Shift: 2 pm-10 pm
