Graceworks Enhanced Living offers residential and day programming to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in four Ohio counties. Position description:

We’re looking for part time and full-time Direct Support Professionals. No experience is necessary, training is provided however if you have professional experience in direct care, pay rate can increase. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.

Our DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Be a companion, learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community! 

Full time and Part time Openings

Compensation: $16.00 / hour - Based on experience and shift chosen-  2nd +$2

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with no more than 5 points on driving record


• 18 years of age or older


• Able to pass background check
