Shen-Paco Industries, Inc. (SPI) is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and dedicated Part-Time Caregiver to join our residential team in the New Market area!

This is a combined position working between two residential homes, one serving four individuals and the other serving three individuals. If you enjoy helping others, making a difference, and being part of a caring team, we would love to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, supervision, and support to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, meals, and household responsibilities as needed.
• Support individuals with community outings, activities, and appointments.
• Promote independence, dignity, and personal growth.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervisors and team members.

? Work Schedule

Rotating Two-Week Schedule | Approximately 26–30 Hours Per Week

Week 1

• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Friday: 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: OFF

Week 2

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Schedule repeats every two weeks.

? Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and training.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
