Residential Program Specialists – Youth Program
Our Residential Program Specialists are Direct Support Professionals who provide guidance, structure, and mentorship to adolescents with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and co-occurring behavioral or mental health challenges.

Responsibilities Include:
Positive Role Modeling: Supporting teens through supervision, mentorship, and consistent structure.
Skill Development: Teaching social, emotional, and daily living skills that foster independence and confidence.
Behavior Support: Implementing proactive strategies and, when necessary, safe physical interventions to maintain safety for youth and others.
Community Engagement: Encouraging participation in school, recreational activities, and positive peer relationships.
Health & Safety: Assisting with medication management, health routines, and overall well-being.
Documentation: Maintaining thorough, accurate data collection to track progress and support individualized plans.

All hours worked on the weekend are paid at time and a half! That means all weekend wages start at $26.63 - $27.38/hr!
Schedules (10-12 hour shifts):

Graveyard Schedules (10-12 hour shifts):
Sat - Mon
Sat - Tue
Tue - Fri
Wed - Fri
