Dual Hotel Maintenance Engineer

This role will maintain two hotel properties, ensuring excellent physical condition. responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical/mechanical repairs, and pool/spa maintenance, all while adhering to safety protocols. We're looking for proactive, highly motivated team members who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC).

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct routine pool/spa maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize quore software for logging repairs and communication.

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to all safety and compliance standards (lock out/tag out, pci, fire, osha).

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent guest service and contribute to a positive team environment.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  2+ years in maintenance (hospitality experience preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in basic repairs; familiarity with maintenance software.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift 75+ lbs, stand/walk entire shift, and perform strenuous tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Flexibility in scheduling (24/7 operation).
