The Dual Sales Manager is responsible for implementing and directing sales activities in alignment with the Marketing Plan. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Lead a team of sales professionals at both properties
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving sales growth in a competitive market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team
