🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Handling service requests and apartment turns across two nearby sites
- Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances & water heaters
- Preventative maintenance and building upkeep
- Painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
- Keeping work areas safe, organized, and efficient
🧰 What Gets You Hired Faster:
- Apartment, facilities, hotel, or residential maintenance experience
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- HVAC experience strongly valued
- Boiler/CPO certifications are a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
📍 About the Role:
You’ll split time between:
- Sterling Square – Brooklyn Center (54 units)
- West Broadway – Brooklyn Park (59 units)
- On-Call Typically 1 Week every 6-7 Weeks from Friday morning to Friday morning
