Role DC Test Lead

Experience 12 15 Years

Technical Skills Primary

12 years' experience as a Selenium tester

Minimum 4 years of Duck creek experience.

Should have expert level knowledge in JavaScript and should be able to write JS Functions and Selenium java testing

Sound Hands on experience in Functional testing End to End testing using Agile Waterfall methodologies

Good communication skills and Client interaction

Analyzing the Requirements from the client

Hands on experience in driving the QA release cycle End to end defect reporting Must be involved in different activities of Bug Life Cycle

Hand on experience in Upgrade testing

Hands on work experience in preparing Test plans Test Scenarios Test Cases and RTM Preparing Suggestion Documents to improve the quality of the application

Communication with the Test Lead Test Manager Onsite Client Team Onsite Client BA's

Conducting Review Meetings within the Team

Well acquainted with the Software Development Life Cycle Testing Life Cycle

Experience on test management tools TFS or Hands on experience with Jenkins Maven Azure DevOps and GitHub

Understanding of End to End Testing Cycles

Experience in creating automation testing strategy and automation design document Should have hands on experience of designing writing test automation scripts using DCT Test Automation Center

Should have good knowledge of XML and should be able to perform basic operations on XML files

Selecting or Identifying Areas Test cases for Automation

Designing Implementing Test Automation Strategy

Creating Automation Test Plan and getting approvals

Choose selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment Ex Eclipse IDE Java Selenium WebDriver and TestNG etc...

Involvement in Selenium Environment Setup...

Automation Framework Design and Implementation

Creating Organizing and managing Test Automation Resources

Creating Enhancing debugging and Running Test Cases

Organizing monitoring defect management process

Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing

Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues

Technical Skills Secondary

Strong in Unit Test solution documentation and transition of solutions

Experience working in production support for Duck Creek application and incident resolutions Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher education level or its foreign equivalent in Computer or Information Technology discipline or a related engineering computer field

AINS and DC Policy Admin System Certification is a plus

Minimum of 10 years' professional experience preferably in a similar role

Soft Skills

As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills

Insurance Domain Knowledge

Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
