Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering outstanding support across phone, email, and live chat channels within a professional customer support services environment.
• Accurately identify customer needs, resolve enquiries efficiently, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction on every interaction.
