This remote position based in Greece offers a unique opportunity to provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the fintech payment industry. Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to payment processing, account management, and transaction issues.
• Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to deliver informed support.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in payment processing or fintech industries.
