Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be tasked with monitoring and moderating platform content, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content and advertisements to ensure they comply with company policies and regulations, including handling sensitive material.
• Identify and report potential risks related to platform content.
• Work closely with internal teams to mitigate risks and maintain a safe and appropriate user environment.
• Keep precise and up-to-date records of moderation tasks.

Qualifications:

• A strong grasp of compliance standards and risk management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in using computers and relevant software tools.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.

Work Schedule:

• 40-hour workweek with a rotating schedule.
• Two days off per week, with the schedule provided one month in advance.
