Key responsibilities:

We are seeking an Application Consultant who is eager to dive into technical consulting and assist our customers in creating legendary workplaces. By improving Recruitment processes with our advanced solutions, you'll play a key role in enhancing their people operations. At Visma Talent Solutions, you’ll collaborate with skilled colleagues and work with a variety of clients across both private and public sectors. Your expertise will drive the ongoing evolution of our services as you lead implementation and development projects.

• Onboard, educate and consult our existing and new customers on the application
  
  


• Lead and contribute to planning and executing projects in partnership with our clients
  
  


• Configure client systems, ensuring both functional and technical alignment
  
  


• Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops
  
  


• Represent us in tenders and sales meetings with compelling presentations of our solutions
  
  


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help clients implement them
  
  


• Provide ongoing support and manage system updates to introduce new features
  
  

Job requirements:

You thrive in customer-facing roles, love advising, and excel in project environments. Building trust and nurturing long-term relationships with clients is second nature to you. You are a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally, you possess:

• A degree in technology, economics, HR, or a related field. However, if you've gained equivalent experience through other avenues, we'd love to hear about it!
  
  


• 3-5 years of experience in relevant positions within HR and/or technology
  
  


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English - job duties include cooperation with people from other countries
