Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookings and reservations for Dutch-speaking clients across various hospitality services.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about accommodation options, pricing, and local attractions to assist clients.
• Ensure timely and precise processing of bookings and changes, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and communications within the CRM system.
• Keep informed about the latest trends and offerings in the hospitality sector.

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (written and spoken) are required.
• Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.
• Previous experience in hospitality booking, customer service, or related roles is advantageous.
• Passion for travel and awareness of hospitality services and destinations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities focused on excellent client service.
• Ability to handle customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office applications.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing workload in a dynamic environment.
• Ready and willing to relocate to Greece, with all relocation costs covered.
