Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues with care and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document each client interaction in the CRM system for effective follow-up.

• Identify process improvement opportunities based on client feedback and discussions.
• Stay updated on product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer support or a similar field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer software.
